Returns and Exchanges/ Terms

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Apollo Designs. If for any reason you need to ask about an item purchased please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you. if your item has been personalised it cant be returned unless faulty or damaged. All our items are quality checked before shipping.

As these are custom made items we please ask you to be patient as we endeavour to get these made and sent out to you asap. UK based company, items are not dropped shipped.

We have a in-house digitizer and artist that can work directly with you to ensure you get exactly what you want, and our experienced professionals use the top-of-the-line technology and techniques to ensure that every product is of the highest quality. We also have many contacts with a wide range of skills that can bring your ideas to life.

Do you do bulk or industry work?

 

We are always adding new items to the shop. Work wear and bulk options is the next step. We are going to add bulk deals on work shirts at discount prices to our website very soon.

 

If you own a big business like a hotel or spa for example we have a sister site that can supply you high volumes of embroidered items with a low to no MOQ's. We will add this to the stockist page when its ready to launch.
